Project Scope:

Gaston County is renovating and upfitting the vacant building at 110 West Main Ave in Gastonia. This building will provide additional office space for the County. The final structure will feature offices, conference rooms, and collaborative work area.

Background:

As the County experiences rapid growth, there is an ever-increasing need for more space for County employees. This property is adjacent to the existing County Administration building and was vacant in need of renovation. This project will provide convenient office space for growth while still allowing employees easy access between the administrative offices.
