Project Scope:

This project will renovate and upfit the vacant building at 110 West Main Ave in Gastonia. This building will provide additional office space. The final structure will feature offices, conference rooms, and a collaborative work area.

Background:

As the County experiences rapid growth, there is an increasing need for more space for County employees to provide services. 110 W Main is adjacent to the existing County Administration building and was vacant. This project will provide office space while still allowing employees easy access to the County Administration building.
