Project Scope:

This project will connect the water services of the Town of Dallas and the City of High Shoals through approximately 21,000 linear feet of new waterline. This infrastructure will connect the City of High Shoals to the existing water system in the Town of Dallas. This will allow greater access to reliable water and fire protection.

Background:

With the recent population growth in Gaston County, a need for greater access to municipal services (such as sewer and water) was identified, particularly for smaller municipalities. This project aims to connect High Shoals to the greater Gaston County water system and better position the town for future expansion and growth.
